Frantz Eugene

Frantz Eugene is an educator, school culture and systems leader, and whole-child advocate with 20 years of experience across K–12 education, school operations, instructional leadership, student support systems, and higher education.

Currently serving within Miami-Dade County Public Schools, Frantz has led work in teaching, school redesign, instructional technology, curriculum implementation, professional learning, student support, and school operations. His expertise includes blended learning, academic intervention, MTSS, student success coaching, social-emotional development, and postsecondary readiness. As a 5000 Role Models sponsor, he provides mentorship focused on leadership, confidence, and purpose.

Frantz also served as Assistant Director of Residential Life at Florida Memorial University, overseeing housing operations, staff management, compliance, student support, and strategic partnerships for approximately 1,200 students.

His work is grounded in the belief that strong schools are built through strong culture, aligned systems, caring adults, and holistic student support.
